Transparency on food pollution in non-organic and organic equivalent products

Multinational companies that manufacture pesticides have a habit of lying and hiding data proving that they know the dangers of their products. This was clearly shown by the Monsanto Papers (1).

They do not carry out long-term tests on pesticides which are commercial mixtures with very toxic undeclared products, and which many are considered as pure products, contrary to what we have been doing since 2012 for long-term risk assessments (2).

Health agencies, including French ones, although warned, do not require it, contrary to a judgment of 10/1/2019 of the European Union Court of Justice (3).

Monsanto-Bayer, likewise, was fined $13 billion against 100,000 patients in the United States. This, in detail, for hiding the undeclared carcinogenic petroleum alongside glyphosate. The omerta on this subject becomes criminal (1).

Our work today 

(http://www.seralini.fr/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/dataset-food-pollution.pdf) demonstrates that this form of silent oil-spill contaminates non-organic foods, especially sausages which accumulate pollutants, unlike equivalent organic foods not treated with pesticides.

For the first time, we provide factual proof of that. We are therefore transparently publishing new international research (4): all the raw data from the study that we made public in March 2022 (5). Manufacturers never apply this transparency; and this becomes unbearable for the risks of cancers and many other chronic diseases suffered by our contemporaries, including children.

17 PAHs (polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, petroleum residues) were found at maximum levels 6.8 times higher in non-organic sausages, with 3 carcinogens compared to organic products.

This causes 6,606 times higher toxicity in non-organic products.
